PERGO SRL was established in 1999 taking over the tradition and experience of Plastor SA in the production of brushes for personal, household and industrial use. The company produces a wide range of custom-made industrial brushes for customers in a wide variety of fields, from the bakery industry to professional street cleaning machines and household appliances. Today our offer also includes brushes, brooms, bidets, mops and various other cleaning items.

At the beginning of 2008, Plastor Trading took over a large part of the company’s distribution, while Pergo kept its commercial activity for production for export and products for industrial users.

Established in 1999, MONITA SRL has taken over part of Plastor SA’s production of consumer goods using injection moulding technology. Subsequently, the company also specialized in hollow-body blow moulding technology, producing products for the domestic, industrial and road signage sectors.

Since 2008, the company has also become a manufacturer of wiring harnesses for household appliances, cookers and refrigerated display cabinets.

Since 2010 the company is ISO 9001 certified.

Established in 2000, RECOLO SRL is active in the recovery of plastic waste, recycling of plastics, compounding of virgin and recycled plastics and testing and testing of plastics. It is also competent in the production of corrugated cardboard packaging and corrugated cardboard recovery.

Since 2007 the company has implemented an integrated management system: quality ISO 9001, environment ISO 14001 and occupational health and safety OHSAS 18001.

LESTO SRL was established in 2006 and its business is civil and industrial construction.

The company deals with interior fittings and finishes, exterior fittings and finishes, exterior platform fittings, electrical installations, installation and servicing of air-conditioning units, vertical and horizontal waterproofing and addresses both legal entities and individuals with requirements to a high quality standard.

Since January 1st, 2008 PLASTOR TRADING SRL has taken over the commercial activity of the main production companies of the Plastor Group, thus becoming the sole distributor of the Plastor, Pergo, Monita and Plastis brands. The products of these well-known companies on the Romanian market represent an important part of the Plastor Trading srl offer, completed with products imported from the European Union, Asia, the United States and Brazil and structured in several important groups: garden articles, packaging and household articles. Its distribution network effectively covers the entire national and Hungarian territory, and it will expand its activity to other neighbouring countries.

Established in 2008, PERENO SRL specialises in the production of ski bindings for renowned external partners active in the production of sportswear. The company uses state-of-the-art technological lines that can ensure the production of complex products, meeting the high quality requirements of customers.

In 2010 a new subsidiary of the Plastor Group, PLASTIS SRL, was established.

This company processes various plastics by injection moulding technology. Its products are aimed at both the consumer goods market and the market for industrial items with various uses.

The creation of a tourism company was a new challenge in the Plastor Group’s strategy. Thus, the first established hotel, Lyra*** is located in Oradea and has 27 modernly equipped rooms on 4 floors. The company has concerns for the expansion of tourism services.
